(He/They)
LGBTQ+ friendly. We're living through a strange and uncertain time. Help and support is available.
Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm or cycles of thinking and feeling? Do you feel trapped, lost, alone or directionless? Are you unable to make decisions or identify your needs? Do you feel out of touch with your body or mind? Do you want to reconnect with yourself or rewrite old stories? I work by creating a calm, containing space in which to talk, using my training in mindfulness. I offer one to one confidential sessions of fifty minutes, generally weekly at the same time.

About me and my practice
I am a queer person and part of the LGBTQIA+ and GSRD communities. I have experience working with people of different genders, relationship styles and sexualities and work towards an inclusive and anti-racist practice. I am trans and nonbinary affirmative and a feminist. I work towards an anti-oppressive practice and educate myself around intersectionality. I consider myself a neurodivergent person and have worked with many neurodivergent clients.
We're living through a strange and uncertain time. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning to it, know that I am available to support you and that change is possible. Get in touch by email and we can begin working with where you are right now, building strategies for coping, creating change and living with more ease.
Experience
My training included a placement at MindOut, an internationally respected LGBTQ+ charity and experience of a range of modes of therapy. I have over 5 years of experiencing working therapeutically (post training) and consistently updated my knowledge and training.

Initial Consultation
I offer a 15 minute call before a first session which is free of charge to see if I'm the right person for you to talk to, or we can book a full session at my usual fee if you'd prefer.
The first 50 minute session is a chance to lay the groundwork, tell me what you want me to know about you from the beginning and for us to explore what things will look like going forward.
